If a woman chooses not to sleep with a man of a different race does that make her a racist?

A coworker of mine is constantly hounding females (he is married too) and his MO is this-he implies to them if they do not sleep with them that she is a racist. Some of the women seem to be frightened to complain because he is constantly throwing the word discrimination around. Is she a racist if she dosent sleep with a man of a different race?
